Ptfe OR Teflon Boshes

PTFE or PolyTetraFluoroEthylene is a thermoplastic polymer that is used in the manufacture of various components that are of great demand in the polymer and other industries.
The PFTE compound is produced by free radical polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene. Because tetrafluoroethylene can explosively decompose to tetrafluoromethane and carbon, special apparatus is used for polymerization to prevent the hot spots that might cause dangerous side reactions. The process is initiated with the help of persulfate, which in turn homolyzes to generate sulfate radicals and the resulting polymer is terminated with sulfur ester groups. This is then hydrolyzed to give OH-end groups.
Since PTFE is insoluble in all chemical compounds, the polymerization is conducted using water emulsion. This compound is then used for the manufacture of PTFE bushes using advanced cutting edge technology, high-grade chemicals and components and modern day tools. This range is widely used in the chemical industry and is greatly acknowledged by the clients for their dimensions, reliability, performance, high tensile strength and corrosion resistance.

TYPES AND SIZES OF PTFE BUSHES

PTFE MOULDED BUSHES
These are the bushes which are widely used in many industries because of their properties that make them chemically resistant, light weight and non-toxic.

  PLASTIC PTFE BUSH
The PTFE raw material is used to fabricate a wide range of plastic PTFE bushes which have varied lengths ranging up to 6000mm. They are light weight, corrosion and chemical resistant, non-toxic and low moisture absorbency.
  PTFE BUSH CLASSIC
These are light weight PTFE bushes which have high tensile strength, low moisture absorbency, dimensionally accurate, chemical and corrosion resistance. The most distinguishing feature about these bushes is that they are non toxic and can withstand extreme temperature and pressure conditions.
  EFLON BUSH
These are developed with keeping in mind the universally accepted quality norms and standards. The range is extremely used in the industry because of its excellent properties of abrasion and corrosion resistance, extremely high tensile strength and longest operational life.
  TEFLON MOULDING BUSH

  PTFE FIBRE MOULDED BUSHES
